01

Booking & Planning

How do I book a photography session?

Sessions can be booked directly through RMF Photography's online booking system. Select the session that best fits your needs, choose from the available options and add-ons, complete the required information, and submit your booking. If you're unsure which session is right for you, contact RMF Photography before booking.

Can I request specific photos, poses, shots, or angles?

Absolutely. You're encouraged to share ideas, poses, angles, locations, details, or features you'd like highlighted. While every requested photograph cannot be guaranteed, RMF Photography will make reasonable efforts to incorporate your requests.

Do you travel for photography sessions?

Travel may be available depending on the session and location. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance, travel time, parking, admission fees, permits, or other location-related expenses. Contact RMF Photography for details when planning a session outside the normal service area.

Can I bring someone with me?

Generally, yes. You're welcome to bring a reasonable number of people when appropriate for the session. Additional people should not interfere with the session, location rules, safety, or the photographer's ability to work.

02

Session Day

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions would negatively affect the session, create unsafe conditions, or potentially damage photography equipment, RMF Photography may recommend rescheduling. Weather-related decisions will be made as reasonably as possible based on the type of session and location.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please contact RMF Photography as soon as possible. Cancellations, rescheduling, retainers or deposits, and refunds are subject to the terms of your booking and photography agreement. Certain payments or fees may be non-refundable where stated at the time of booking.

What happens if I’m late to my session?

Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled session. Late arrival may reduce the amount of photography time available, particularly when another session is scheduled afterward. Additional time cannot always be guaranteed.

03

Editing & Delivery

How long until I receive my photos?

Photos have an estimated turnaround time of 7–24 business days. Turnaround times may vary depending on current workload, the size and complexity of your gallery, and any add-ons selected. Every delivered photograph is carefully selected and individually edited to provide the best possible quality and experience from your session.

How will I receive my photos?

Completed photographs will generally be delivered digitally through RMF Photography's designated delivery method or online gallery. Specific delivery information will be provided following your session.

How long will my online gallery remain available?

Your completed gallery will remain available for a limited time after delivery. Clients are highly encouraged to download and safely back up all purchased photographs as soon as possible. RMF Photography cannot guarantee indefinite storage or availability after the gallery's expiration period.

Will I receive every photo taken during my session?

No. RMF Photography carefully reviews the images captured during your session and selects the strongest photographs for your final gallery. Duplicate images, test shots, missed-focus images, accidental captures, and photographs that do not meet RMF Photography's quality standards are not delivered.

Do you provide RAW or unedited photos?

Generally, no. RAW and unedited files are considered unfinished work and are not included with standard sessions. Your final gallery will contain photographs selected and edited by RMF Photography to reflect our finished quality and style.

What if I don’t like an edited photo or want something changed?

Contact RMF Photography and explain what you'd like changed. Reasonable adjustment requests will be considered whenever possible. Extensive retouching, object removal, major alterations, or editing outside the original scope of the session may require an additional fee.

04

Sharing, Printing & Copyright

Can I post the photos on social media?

Absolutely. Clients may share delivered photographs on personal social-media accounts and other personal platforms. Normal platform cropping and compression are permitted. Crediting or tagging RMF Photography is always greatly appreciated.

Can I print my photos?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, delivered photographs may be printed for your own personal use. Commercial printing, resale, merchandise, advertising, or other business uses require separate permission or licensing from RMF Photography.

Who owns the copyright to my photos?

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, photographs created by RMF Photography remain copyrighted to RMF Photography. Purchasing a session or receiving photographs does not transfer copyright ownership. Clients receive the usage rights applicable to their session and agreement.

Can I edit or apply filters to my finished photos?

Please avoid significantly altering delivered photographs, including heavy filters, AI modifications, major color changes, or other edits that substantially change the finished work. Normal social-media cropping and platform compression are permitted. If you'd like something changed, contact RMF Photography and we'll see what we can do.

Can I remove the RMF Photography watermark?

Watermarks, logos, signatures, or other RMF Photography branding may not be intentionally removed, covered, or altered without written permission. If your package includes an unwatermarked version, that version may be used according to its applicable usage rights.

Can I use my photos for my business or advertising?

Personal-use rights do not automatically include commercial use. Business advertising, paid promotions, product sales, merchandise, company websites, publications, and other commercial uses may require separate written permission or a commercial-use license from RMF Photography.

Can someone else use or publish my photos?

Usage rights granted to a client generally apply only to that client and are not automatically transferable to businesses, publications, organizations, media outlets, or other third parties. Contact RMF Photography regarding third-party or publication use.
