1. The client is hiring RMF Photography for the selected session, package, date, and start time shown during checkout.
2. The retainer shown at checkout is required to reserve the session. A session is secured when RMF verifies applied gift credit and any remaining retainer payment. Gift credit covers the retainer first, then reduces the remaining session balance; unused certificate credit remains available.
3. The client agrees to provide accurate contact information and to arrive prepared and on time. Late arrival may reduce available shooting time.
4. Rescheduling, cancellation, severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, property restrictions, or other circumstances may require a new date. RMF Photography may stop, relocate, reschedule, or cancel a session when continuing would be unsafe, unlawful, or impractical.
5. Travel outside the included service area may require an additional travel charge when disclosed and agreed to before the session.
6. Editing style, image selection, composition, weather, lighting, subject cooperation, and location conditions can affect the final gallery. Specific poses or individual images may be requested but are not guaranteed.
7. Copyright remains with RMF Photography unless a separate written transfer says otherwise. The client receives the personal-use rights included with the purchased package.
8. The client's promotional-use answer in the questionnaire controls whether RMF Photography may use selected finished images for portfolio, website, or social-media promotion, except where a separately agreed promotional session requires different terms.
9. By typing their name and checking the agreement box, the client confirms they reviewed the booking details, questionnaire answers, and this agreement before continuing to payment.
10. The booking party confirms they have authority, or have obtained authority, for RMF Photography to photograph participating personnel, apparatus, station/property, and approved areas.
11. Emergency response and operational readiness always take priority over photography. RMF Photography will immediately move, stop, or clear an area when directed or when an emergency response occurs.
12. RMF Photography will not interfere with emergency operations, dispatch, patient care, active incidents, drills, traffic control, apparatus movement, or station duties.
13. The department/agency is responsible for identifying restricted areas, sensitive information, patient information, computer screens, paperwork, radio information, security systems, or other material that must not be photographed or published.
14. Apparatus positioning and movement must be performed by authorized department/agency personnel. RMF Photography will not operate emergency apparatus or specialized equipment.
15. A session interrupted by an emergency call, incident, staffing need, weather condition, or operational requirement may end early or be rescheduled.
